King Toro originates from a Japanese food heritage spanning more than 50 years. Inspired by traditional Edo-style sushi culture, the brand became known for introducing premium salmon experiences long before salmon sushi became mainstream.

Our roots trace back to Kisoku Tsuji, a Japanese restaurant whose kitchen pioneered the careful, delicate preparation that defines our menu today.

Today, King Toro is reimagined as a modern takeaway concept bringing premium Japanese salmon dining to Canada — combining respected craft with the convenience modern customers demand.
